We, JDC have just invented new technology of the vacuum roll to be used for the strip-winding brake device and also for the multi-looping device.

The vacuum roll is consisted by our unique technologies, and it should be workable in good performance for multi-slit strips processing line.

Surprisingly, the deep looping pit is not needed any more!

Because, our vacuum type feeder roll will is able to transfer multi-slit strips synchronising with slitting speed as the multi-Up-looper device.

If adding this device, long-thin coil can be wound coils as long as user needs.
